Here Now with Stella

Promotional image for the HERE NOW podcast with Stella Umutoni.

Here Now is a podcast by Stella Umutoni, sharing honest conversations on life's lessons, emotional wellbeing, relationships, parenting, mental health and personal growth from partly Africa and global perspectives.

It really resonated with me. I agreed with what was being discussed, especially about being mindful of the words we use with our children when we’re upset. As African parents raising kids in the diaspora, I think we’re constantly trying to balance the way we are raising our children.
